WriteRank is an AI-powered content automation platform that generates, optimizes, and publishes SEO content on your behalf. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create content based on your company knowledge base and configuration.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content generated through the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. WriteRank does not claim ownership of your generated content, knowledge base data, or published articles.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or use the Service to harm others.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by WriteRank is created using AI models and may require human review. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publication.
7. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
WriteRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue from published content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
